Current thoughts

A good run yesterday, pace was quicker than expected, but did feel a little heavy. Need to be more mindful of % fat as this was higher than my target of around 20%. The problem was that by the evening I had passed my limit for fat, but was well under for daily calories. Fat free greek yoghurt and banana came to the rescue once again.
