Current thoughts
Yesterday was a rest day from exercise apart from the daily dog walk. What is interesting is that the same dog walk, although now completed faster than a year ago burns less calories. This will be due to carrying significantly less weight. Very much a day bound to the desk working, this used to make me eat more, now I find it makes me less hungry. From now until the Christmas holidays I am looking to average my calories over the week to just above my BMR, so around the 2,000 calories each day.
