Current thoughts

Having put on 2 kg since completing Ironman 70.3 in September, need to continue to adjust intake to reflect exercise. Exercise will stay steady up to the New Year, when I will start a new training plan for 2024, the first Triathlon event being in April 2024. Weight will then again simply be outcome of my training, the results of which will take priority. Clothes size over the year has gone from XXL & XXXL to M & L.
