Current thoughts
Yesterday was another busy work day, tied to a desk! You may think there is cause for concern , increase in weight by 0.7kg (1lb) overnight!. For me swings of this nature are usual and will be down to water weight. I have learnt not to get too concerned about fluctuations in day to day weight, focussing on a trend overtime. I am finding it fairly difficult not training as much but do recognise that peak fitness all year round would be impossible for me.
